My experience with Mr. Bidan from Black Willow Safaris was very pleasant and professional. From the moment we booked to the end of day. He made sure my cousin and I were picked up on time and reached our destination safely. The moment our safaris was finished he was at the airport to ensure we traveled safely back to the hotel. Our one day trip to Mikumu National Park was enjoyable and exciting. Thanks again!
My familiy and i had the pleaseure to let them arrange all our tours in Zanzibar, and safari in Tanzania mainland. At all times we were met by professional and friendly people, whether it was drivers, boat captain or guides. I made a mistake and we were missing a hotel in the middle of our holiday, and Mr. Black willow instantly helped us to book a hotel, just like that.
Spent 6 days in Tanzania Personalised care by the staff and arrangements were seamless. We were a group of 7 adults and had a superb experience at Tirangire, Ngorongoro & Serengeti in Jan 2023. Lucky to have our fill of the Big Five and the Ugly Five as well as numerous birds. Camping in the Serengeti was surreal! Very good communication by Bidan, who runs Black Willows Safaris.
